How do you charge for your work?

Our charge out rates vary by assignment depending on the level of expertise needed. We tailor the charging structure to your needs, based upon:

• An hourly, daily or weekly rate;
• A fixed fee by individual assignment; or
• By charging a proportion of our fees on a success related basis where appropriate (eg; corporate finance advisory services)

Long term projects and some individual assignments can be delivered under the IIB's Business Support Programme which can be spread on a fixed monthly retainer basis.

Our fees structure is extremely competitive and cheaper than all major accounting and consulting firms. However, the quality and service of work is on par with the best. Indeed, our associates and directors come from either "Big four", "Group A" firms, or have held senior management positions within industry and commerce, or are business owners themselves.
